How the order process works

1. Send us your details

To begin the order process, you are required to fill in the form on the left hand side. Please ensure that the details provided are entirely accurate.

2. Arranging payment

Once we have successfully received your details, we will contact you shortly thereafter to arrange a payment. Payment can be made via a credit or debit card over the phone. In the case of a Home Report payment can be financed.

Prices: EPC's £80, Gas & Elec Certs £70 each, combined Gas-Elec £100 and Home Reports from £360 + VAT. For Home Reports please contact us for a quote based on the size of your property on 01333 300257.

3. Arrange suitable time to visit property

Once your payment is complete, we will arrange a suitable time for a surveyor or engineer to visit the property and carry out the work.

4. Peace of mind

We will only introduce you to a suitably qualified person who will carry out your job. Once they have completed the work, they will produce a fully compliant certificate or report for your property.
