The improvements to the web site are brilliant. The number of clicks on each property is an eye opener. 250 clicks but only 3 calls is worrying, but it only needs 1 to sign the lease. I made a few changes to one advert, reset the clicker and the extra number of hits and calls was amazing.

I took your advice and submited my property to your site, and after 3 weeks with a number of enquiries and viewings, I have successfully rented the flat.I have also obtained buildings & contents insurance with Alan Boswell, much less  than I was paying before. Also have obtained my EPC certificate through your site.

Just to re-iterate what has been said about Alan Boswell insurance. I got a renewal quote nearly 50% cheaper than I had from previous insurer, whom I was with for 2 years.

I have been using the website www.lettings247.com for a couple of months now to advertise for  tenants for my properties in Fife. I have found the website very easy to use and the response from prospective tenants is amazing. In fact the last 3 lets have all come from the website. Who needs newspapers to advertise to fill voids when advertising on the website is FREE.
